At Crazy About Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Below is our refund and return policy, designed to comply with Google Merchant Center guidelines and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds or replacements for items that meet the following conditions:
✔️ Damaged or Defective Products – If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
✔️ Incorrect Items – If you receive the wrong product, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
✔️ Return Window – Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
❌ Customized or Personalized Products – Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
❌ Final Sale & Clearance Items – These products are non-refundable.
❌ Shipping Delays – We do not offer refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer support team at support@crazyabout.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
- A brief description of the issue
Step 2: Return Authorization
If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Step 3: Shipping the Item Back
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is incorrect or defective.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- If the return does not meet our policy criteria, we may issue store credit instead.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item and prefer an exchange, we will ship a replacement at no additional costonce your return request is approved.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has entered production or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this happens:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.
- File a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Contact us, and we will assist where possible.
