We currently ship to all of North America, including the United States and Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of North America.
2. How Long Does Shipping Take?
Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days. However, please note that this does not include production time.

Crazy About Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit:

- If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us, and weâll do our best to assist you.
7. Do You Offer Order Changes or Cancellations?
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet entered production or shipped.
- Address Changes: If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.

8. Do You Offer Express Shipping?
At this time, we do not offer express shipping. All orders are shipped via standard shipping within 3-5 business daysafter production is complete.
9. What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
